North Shore Construction Services is a company of carpenters who build homes with High Performance building technology in mind. Energy conservation, and healthy building practices to assure spaces that will perform and delight those that inhabit them.

We are a family company, with a combined 50+ years of construction & design experience.

With our focus on Passive House construction over the past several years, we have emerged as regional leaders in high performance green building, winning us an Ebie Award for Mamaroneck Passive house in 2013, bringing high energy performance and beautiful design to life. However we still stay rooted in our approach to “conventional” projects with the same emphasis on quality and care to create remodels and new buildings that got us started years ago.
